Proxim ServPak 24x7 Enhanced provides access to Proxim's Technical Assistance Centers for an unlimited number of incidents. After verification of entitlement to 24x7 Enhanced, the customer service representative will provide assistance with the installation, configuration and overall technical management of Proxim supported equipment. Should the Specialist determine that the particular equipment has a hardware failure that is causing or contributing to the reported problem or symptom, an Advanced Replacement Returns Material Authorization (AR-RMA) will be issued.

24x7 Enhanced customers are entitled to next business day advance replacement advance of the failed component or system, as determined by the Product Support Specialist. When an AR-RMA is issued, the component, product or system will be shipped priority 1 next business day delivery prior to the customer returning the failed product to Proxim.
