Bar code scanning is the most efficient way to enter data into a computer. If the data to be entered is bar coded, using a laser scanner is 50 times faster and 10, 000 times more accurate than manual data entry. The CHS offers either Class 1 or Class 2 laser scanners with Fuzzy Logic, a technology that enables the reading of damaged or poorly printed bar codes. The CHS with Class 2 laser should be used for more demanding applications, such as scanning outdoors or through Mylar or glass.
The Cordless Hand Scanner with Bluetooth wireless technology uses minimal power, so you can operate for hours without having to recharge batteries.
